William Skoch is an Associate Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap and a founding partner of The Mitchel Skoch Group, a specialized healthcare real estate team within Marcus & Millichap. He and his partner, Christopher Mitchel, co-lead a team of dedicated agents focused exclusively on helping owners through acquisitions and dispositions of veterinary, dental, and other healthcare-related real estate assets nationwide.

Known for their deep relationships within the veterinary, dental, and medical industries and targeted buyer network, the Mitchel Skoch Group provides strategic guidance on single- and multi-tenant net-leased assets, portfolio dispositions, and sale-leaseback transactions tailored specifically to veterinary, dental, and healthcare practices.

William has built a strong client base by consistently delivering results on complex assignments and advising clients through every phase of the transaction lifecycle. He is known for achieving competitive pricing through targeted buyer outreach and strategic positioning of assets. His track record reflects a deep understanding of both operator-driven real estate and private capital investment strategies.

A graduate of Holy Cross College in Notre Dame, Indiana, William earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business and distinguished himself as Student Body President and a Resident Assistant. His leadership background continues to shape the culture and client-first approach of the Mitchel Skoch Group.
