Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2018, he has successfully facilitated over $100MM in real estate transactions.

Before his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Klimas honed his skills as a discretionary equities and commodities trader, later transitioning to the role of associate portfolio manager for a $100MM hedge fund. In this capacity, he was responsible for developing and implementing trading models, managing capital allocation, overseeing portfolio construction, and optimizing model return streams. His primary focus was on reducing overall volatility and minimizing drawdown, earning him a reputation as a top money manager in the U.S. when benchmarked against his peers.
