Who We Are

Jacob Haslach is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, specializing in retail investment sales. He advises property owners, private investors and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic, with a focus on Maryland and Delaware.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2020, Haslach has closed more than $60 million in retail investment transactions and earned the firm's Rookie of the Year and Pace Setter awards for his early career performance. As a member of The Dougherty Team, he provides strategic guidance on valuation, underwriting, marketing, negotiations and transaction execution for shopping centers, net lease investments and other retail properties throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. His detail-oriented, relationship-focused approach emphasizes proactive client outreach, market expertise and long-term relationships to help clients achieve their investment objectives.

Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Haslach earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate management from Drexel University. Outside of work, he enjoys training for triathlons and Ironman events, skiing during the winter, and spending time with his family.
