John Sfire is a dedicated commercial real estate specialist focused on multi-tenant retail properties, known for his client-first approach and deep market expertise. An Illinois native, John grew up in a family-owned CRE business that managed over 1.4 million square feet of NNN retail and Class A office space, consistently maintaining 98% occupancy over three decades. He holds a B.S. in Biokinetics from Bethel University and previously served as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Northwestern in Saint Paul before transitioning full-time into commercial real estate.
