Ari Chargo is an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, specializing in the sale of net leased retail properties. He provides clients with insightful advisory services, tailored investment strategies and market expertise to help them achieve their commercial real estate investment goals.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2023, Ari has earned a reputation for his detail-oriented approach and strong understanding of net leased retail assets. With a focus on integrity and effective communication, he excels at listening to clients’ needs and delivering results-driven solutions.

Originally from Wayzata, Minnesota, Ari graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in strategic communications and business. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, exercising, cheering for Minnesota sports teams and spending time with his family.
