Who We Are

Garrett Oakey is an agent working out of the Chicago Downtown office as a part of the Roti Rodgers group. He specializes in medical office assets in the Midwest. Garrett's background has translated into an extreme work ethic, great communication, and unparalleled drive to help his clients maximize their investment goals.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Garrett graduated with a bachelor of arts degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Sociology from Colgate University. He was a member of the Colgate Real Estate Council. At Colgate he played Division I football for the Raiders, joining the top 10 all-time list for receptions and receiving yards during his tenure. Outside of real estate, Garrett enjoys supporting Chicago sports, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
