Who We Are

Originally from Santa Ana, CA, Andres spent much of his life on the soccer field, playing for Chivas USA Academy before attending Golden West College in Huntington Beach, CA, where he earned an associate degree and became a two-time league champion in collegiate soccer. After facing numerous injuries, he transferred to UC Davis, where he received a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in philosophy in 2021.

Andres joined The Heitzeberg Group of Marcus & Millichap at the beginning of 2022, quickly establishing himself as a valuable team member. Starting as an assistant, he demonstrated a tremendous work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a knack for effective learning. During this time, Andres managed over $200 million in transaction volume, facilitated more than 30 escrow transactions, and played a key role in developing marketing strategies for the team.

Now an agent, he specializes in market-rate apartments along the East 80 Corridor and into Napa County, as well as affordable housing properties, including Section 42 LIHTC and HAP contract properties. Completing the company's Pace Setter program in the spring of 2024, he quickly established himself as one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable agents.

In his free time, Andres enjoys watching his favorite athlete, Lionel Messi, play on TV, traveling, spending time outdoors with his partner, and connecting with friends and family. Occasionally, he also enjoys kicking a soccer ball around the house or at the park.
