Who We Are

Jake Vandenburg is an industrial real estate specialist based in the firm’s Jacksonville office, with a dedicated focus on Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) properties. His expertise spans a variety of IOS uses, including equipment rental yards, contractor storage, truck terminals, trailer parking, and material laydown yards. As an associate, Jake exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment-grade industrial assets across the country.

Originally from California, Jake earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University, where he also served as captain of the university’s surf team. In his first full year in the business, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year in the Jacksonville office. He is a member of the Gould Shelby Team based in Orlando—a top-producing group in IOS with over $950 million in closed transaction volume to date.
