Jordan Dickman and Nick Andrews founded the Andrews Dickman Group
with the mindset to redefine commercial real estate in the Midwest. Setting long-term
strategies in place with a primary focus on Multi-Family Investments in Ohio,
Kentucky, West Virginia and Tennessee, the Andrews Dickman Group is setting the
standard throughout the Midwest corridor.

The teams guiding principles were formed to migrate from a
traditional real estate setting and towards an investment focused
philosophy. The Andrews Dickman Group, partnering
alongside their clients, have built their business on a strong foundation of
fundamental and strategic practices that have been driven towards wealth
creation. Our mission is to develop long-term relationships with clients, not
only through the acquisition and disposition of assets, but in the preservation
of wealth throughout the investment cycle.
