Who We Are

Marty received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Marketing from Oklahoma State University in 2000, and joined as an Associate with Marcus & Millichap in 2002. Having successfully built his business as a prominent San Fernando Valley Office and Industrial Agent, he began mentoring new Associates and eventually created his own team within the firm. Now, alongside his business partner, Marty oversees the ever growing Agnew | Serling Group currently comprised of 4 agents and 2 staff members.

Marty received Marcus & Millichap’s National Achievement Award in 2017, 2018, and 2019, as well as the Sales Recognition Awards from 2008-2022. Marty was promoted to Vice President Investments and then First Vice President Investments both in 2020 and then promoted to Senior Vice President Investments in 2021.

As one of the top real estate teams in the San Fernando Valley, the Agnew | Serling Group specializes in Office, Industrial and Retail Commercial Real Estate Sales and collectively have closed over $995M in sales. Their knowledge of the area is unparalleled by any other commercial real estate team working in the market. They are also very experienced in facilitating 1031 exchanges for clients, and have assisted many owner/users in identifying and transitioning their business to a new space during a sale.
